DELIVERY
The price of your building includes free delivery for the first 50 miles. Standard per-mile charges will be applied for anything over 50 miles. The first hour of setup is FREE. After this, the hourly rate is $50.00
SITE PREPARATION
As a customer, you will be responsible to make sure your site is prepared and accessible. It always works best to unload and install on a prepared site, such as a leveled gravel or concrete base. This works well to minimize settling of the building in the future. If such a foundation is not possible, concrete blocks must be used. (Blocks are available from our driver for $2.00 each) However, we do not recommend blocking over 36 inches high. Any site that does not meet these criteria can be refused by the delivery personnel.
BARN INSTALLATION
When you receive your building, the truck and trailer often require more room than you anticipate, so be prepared. Make sure all stumps, limbs, or other obstacles are removed before your building arrives. Also remember to check for any low-hanging wires or underground septic tanks that will not support the weight of a loaded truck and trailer. State law requires buildings to be anchored. This service is available from the driver for $100.00
